The Japan Diet Summary

Even though it sounds like to make your self comfortable or sounds like to avoid you to feel guilty every time  your are taking your love food, but its should keep always in your mind and enjoy life..heehehe!!

'Forget about losing  a few kilos for now, just focus how you feel and listen to body.
When you start to eating healthy, you will start feeling great. Your minds becomes clearer, lighter and you want to keep doing it.. You have more energy as it is a positive addiction. You will feel sound and look fantastic.

Do it little by little. Take small steps, one at a time. Be mindful, selective, demanding and finicky about the quality of foods and drinks you put in your mouth.



Enjoy your food with all your senses, Try new vegetables, fish and food you've never had before. Try different combinations of veggies. Try new restaurants and order new dishes. Try new exercises and sports. Experiment with new techniques, tips and shortcuts.

Share your love of healthy eating with your partner, children, family and friends. It is an eternal love. You just began at voyage.



Eat for your body to function beautifully. Eat to nourish your body, mind and soul. Eat to live well and eat to live a long, healthy life.

Don't do it just because it's healthy.
